My name is Claire Braeuer and I am a 3rd Grade teacher at Cardinal Elementary. I graduated with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Elementary Education from Elon University in 2012. I then graduated from the University of Virginia in 2018 with a Master’s Degree in Reading Education, with a Reading Specialist Endorsement. Reading is one of my favorite things to do and something I love doing with my students! Before becoming a 3rd Grade teacher, I taught Kindergarten for 6 years and 2nd Grade for 3 years. I am so lucky to be part of such a great school community. Some of my favorite things include spending time with my family and friends, traveling abroad, and going to Orange Theory classes.
